ORDINANCE N0. 2591 AN ORDINAI`dCE A.'"IENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AI+1D CrIANGING THE BOUTdDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZOPIING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBO?tH00D SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 27, BLOCK 4, GIBBONS PARK ADDITION, OIV PROPERTY BELONGIPIG TO A. D. SII1MONS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIPd TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG- AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLIPIG DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) cG ESTABLSIHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 0f the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 27, Block 4, Gibbons Park Addition, on property belonging to A. D. Simmons, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District (NS), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F), and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the sane are hereby established as folloVas: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey and being Lot No. 27 in Block 4, of the Gibbons Park Addition to the City of Paris, Texas, according to the nlat of said addition recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Lamar County, Texas. Section 2. That the Director of Community Developrient of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of t?ze City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No, 1710 anc3 the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with t?ze provisions of this ordinance, Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealeci. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imrledi- ately upon passage.
