ORDINANCE N0. 2592 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHAi4GING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 220-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JESSE BRIDGES, SO AS TQ INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING TtiE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Office District (0), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 4, City Block 220-A, on property belonging to Jesse Bridges, so as to include in such Office District (0), tne hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F), and that the boundaries of said Office District (0), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, apart of the Isaiah Davis Survey, described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the SB line of Pine Bluff Street and the WB line of 20th Street N.E. formerly 36th Street; THENCE SOUTH with the WB line of 20th Strest N.E. 85 feet, a stake; THENCE WEST 122 feet, a stake; THENCE T10RTL-i 85 feet, a stake in the SB line of Pine Bluff; THENCE EAST with said SB line 122 feet to the place of beginning. Being the same property as described in deed dated November 24th, 1954 from J. S. MCCool et ux, to H. J. Mullen et ux, recorded in Book 342, Page 236, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, and being the first tract described therein. Section 2. That the Director of Comt*.iunity Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zonino Map of t~le City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying tize same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
