<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2592 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF <br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHAi4GING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 220-A, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO JESSE BRIDGES, SO AS TQ INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING TtiE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that <br /> an Office District (0), be, and the same is hereby established <br /> on Lot 4, City Block 220-A, on property belonging to <br /> Jesse Bridges, so as to include in such Office District (0), <br /> tne hereinafter described property, which was formerly and <br /> is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District <br /> (2F), and that the boundaries of said Office District (0), <br /> be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, apart of the Isaiah <br /> Davis Survey, described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the SB line of <br /> Pine Bluff Street and the WB line of 20th Street N.E. <br /> formerly 36th Street; <br /> THENCE SOUTH with the WB line of 20th Strest N.E. <br /> 85 feet, a stake; <br /> THENCE WEST 122 feet, a stake; <br /> THENCE T10RTL-i 85 feet, a stake in the SB line of <br /> Pine Bluff; <br /> THENCE EAST with said SB line 122 feet to the <br /> place of beginning. <br /> Being the same property as described in deed dated <br /> November 24th, 1954 from J. S. MCCool et ux, to <br /> H. J. Mullen et ux, recorded in Book 342, Page 236, <br /> Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, and being the <br /> first tract described therein. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Comt*.iunity Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change <br /> the Zonino Map of t~le City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map <br /> accompanying tize same, and in accordance with the provisions <br /> of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />
