<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2593 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINAPdCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND A SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT, MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 29, CITY BLOCK 83, UPON <br /> PROPERTY OF WHICH HELEN TEAGUE OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS <br /> TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORr-ZERLY DESIGNATED AS A <br /> CO11MERCIAL DZSTRICT (C); A711D DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF <br /> THE ONE-FP21ILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND A SPECIFIC <br /> USE PERMIT, MOBILE HOME (39), SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that <br /> a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) and a Specific <br /> Use Permit, Nobile Home (39), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established on Lot 29, City Block 83, upon property of which <br /> Helen Teague owns a current option, so as to include in such <br /> One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) and Specific Use <br /> Permit, Mobile Home (39), the hereinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a Commercial <br /> District (C), and that the boundaries of said One-Family <br /> Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) and Specific Use Permit, Mobile <br /> Home (39), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, Lar.iar County, Texas, being parcel 3 described <br /> in deed from Claude Smith and Gertrude Smith <br /> aidutract <br /> Graham Company of Paris, dated May 30, 1940, s <br /> being riore particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNIPIG at a stake in the East Boundary Line <br /> of lOth Street N.tiJ., 95 feet South of the South Boundary <br /> Line of Shiloh Street; <br /> THENCE SOUTH with the East Boundary Line of lOth <br /> Street, N.W. 252 feet to the Right of Way of the <br /> G. C. & S. F. Ry.; <br /> THENCE with said ROW North 33 Deg. 10 Min. East <br /> 301 feet; <br /> THENCE WEST 165 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change <br /> the Zoning Map of tlze City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompa- <br /> nying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
