ORDINANCE N0. 2595 AN ORDINANCE AMEPJDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) Ov LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 309, UPON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ED SATCHER, S0 AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (HI); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDA- RIES OF THE ONE-FAl`ZILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 12, City Block 309, upon property belonging to Ed Satcher, so as to in- clude in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2); the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Heavy Industrial District (HI), and that the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake at the intersection of the WBL of 19th Street S.W.(formerly College Street) and the SBL of Brown Avenue(formerly Wells Avenue); THENCE South with the WBL of 19th Street S.W. 160 feet to the NEC of a lot heretofore conveyed to W. R. Abbott and 0. L. Rainey by Deed of Record in Book 490, Page 433, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE West with the NBL of said Abbott-Rainey lot, 130 feet to the NWC of said lot; THENCE South with the WBL of Abbott-Rainey lot, 80 feet; THENCE West 358 feet a stake; THENCE North 110 feet to the SWC of a lot hereto- fore conveyed to W. R. Abbott by Deed of Record in Book 451, Page 4, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE East 264 feet to tne SEC of a lot hereto- fore conveyed to Geer by Deed of Record in Book 482, Page 150, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE North with the EBL of said Geer lot, 130 feet to a point in the SBL of Brown Avenue; THENCE East 224 feet to the place of beginning. BEING the same land described in Deed of Trust dated January 15, 1971, Book 203, page 526, Deed of Trust Records, Lamar County, Texas, executed by Rudy Patterson and Vesta Patterson to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Paris, Paris, Texas.
