<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2598 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRO- <br /> VIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br /> TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE <br /> MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID <br /> CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; RE- <br /> PEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br /> HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER <br /> 1, 1981. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted <br /> in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances <br /> of the City of Paris be amended to include stop signs as <br /> follows: <br /> "Stop East Margaret Street at 16th Street, S.E., <br /> from the East and West." <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions <br /> of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, <br /> and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to ex- <br /> ceed $200.00. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
