<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br /> ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON LOT 12, CITY BLOCK
<br /> 220B, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CASS AMBULANCE SERVICE,
<br /> INC., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DE -
<br /> SIGNATED AS A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2
<br /> (MF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE UTILITY
<br /> (37); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE
<br /> DISTRICT (O) SO ESTABLISHED.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Office
<br /> District (O), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 12, City
<br /> Block 22013, on property belonging to Cass Ambulance Service, Inc. ,
<br /> so as to include in such Office District (O) the hereinafter described
<br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a
<br /> Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 2(MF-2) and Specific Use
<br /> Permit, Public or Private Utility (37), and that the boundaries of said
<br /> Office District (O), be, and the same are hereby established as
<br /> follows :
<br />
<br /> Situated in the County of Lamar, State of Texas, a
<br /> part of the I. Davis and Hiram Williams Surveys, located
<br /> on the East side of 20th Street, NE, formerly deisgnated
<br /> as Manton or 36th Street and/or Pine Bluff Road, and now
<br /> known as 20th Street, NE.
<br /> BEGINNING at a stake in the EB line of said Street
<br /> at the NW corner of the T. M. Russell 3 3/4 acres;
<br /> THENCE South with the EB line of 20th Street NE,
<br /> 178.5 feet, a stake;
<br /> THENCE East 382 feet, a stake in fence 30 feet West
<br /> of original EB line of the T. M. Russell homeplace;
<br /> THENCE North 181. 5 feet, a stake in the NB line of
<br /> said T. M. Russell tract;
<br /> THENCE West with its NB line 382 feet to the place
<br /> of beginning, being the same property described in deed
<br /> from J. W. Estes and wife, Kathleen Estes, to Henry
<br /> Kubala and wife, Josephine Kubala, dated January 23, 1967,
<br /> recorded in Book 453, Page 360, Deed Records, Lamar
<br /> County, Texas.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
<br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
<br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
<br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the
<br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
