<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2408 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS PROVIDING <br /> THAT ORDINANCE N0. 2405, WHICH AMENDED THE CODE 0F ORDINANCES, <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL <br /> DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80, BE AMENDED; <br /> PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL <br /> ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE 0F'OCTOBER 1, 1978. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 3. of Ordinance No. 2405 be <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 3. <br /> <br /> That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted in <br /> Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances <br /> of the City of Paris be amended to include mandatory <br /> left turns as follows: <br /> "Northbound in West lane of 12th S. E. at Tamar <br /> Eastbound in North lane of Clarksville at 12th S. E. <br /> Westbound in Center lane of Clarksville at 12th S. E." <br /> <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and <br /> upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts o.f ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
