ORDINANCE NO. 2410 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO FUEL SALES (49), ON A PART OF LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 223, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DAVID GLASS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DE- SIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO FUEL SALES (49), SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General Retail District (GR) and a Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel Sales (49), be, and the same are hereby established on a part of Lot 12, City Block 223, on property belonging to David Glass, so as to include in such General Retail District (GR) and Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel Sales (49), the hereinafter described property, which was for- merly and is presently designated as a General Retail District (GR), and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR) and Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel Sales (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the George W. Cox Survey and also being a part of Lot 10 in the John F. Pettigrew Addition to the City of Paris as shown by a Plat of said Subdivision duly recorded in Book 225, Page 294-295 of the Deed Records of said County and State and a part of the same tract of land conveyed Fayette Reddell and wife, Adaline Virginia Reddell, by Nellie Mae Stallings and husband, E. C. Stallings, of record in Book 300, Page 169-170 of the Deed Records of said County and State; BEGINNING at a cross cut in concrete at the inter- section of the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue and the West Boundary Line of 20th Street S. E. said point being at the Northeast corner of Lot 10; THENCE S 0 Deg. 35 Min. E along the West Boundary Line of 20th Street S. E. a distance of 130 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE West a distance of 100 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE N 0 Degrees 35 Minutes W a distance of 130 feet to an iron pin for corner in the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue; THENCE East a distance of 100 feet to the place of beginning and containing 13, 000 square feet.
