<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2410 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND A <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO FUEL SALES (49), ON A PART OF <br /> LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 223, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DAVID <br /> GLASS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DE- <br /> SIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO FUEL SALES <br /> (49), SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General <br /> Retail District (GR) and a Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel Sales (49), <br /> be, and the same are hereby established on a part of Lot 12, City <br /> Block 223, on property belonging to David Glass, so as to include in <br /> such General Retail District (GR) and Specific Use Permit, Auto <br /> Fuel Sales (49), the hereinafter described property, which was for- <br /> merly and is presently designated as a General Retail District (GR), <br /> and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR) and <br /> Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel Sales (49), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br /> Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the <br /> George W. Cox Survey and also being a part of Lot 10 in <br /> the John F. Pettigrew Addition to the City of Paris as shown <br /> by a Plat of said Subdivision duly recorded in Book 225, <br /> Page 294-295 of the Deed Records of said County and State <br /> and a part of the same tract of land conveyed Fayette <br /> Reddell and wife, Adaline Virginia Reddell, by Nellie Mae <br /> Stallings and husband, E. C. Stallings, of record in Book <br /> 300, Page 169-170 of the Deed Records of said County and <br /> State; <br /> BEGINNING at a cross cut in concrete at the inter- <br /> section of the South Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue and the <br /> West Boundary Line of 20th Street S. E. said point being at <br /> the Northeast corner of Lot 10; <br /> THENCE S 0 Deg. 35 Min. E along the West Boundary <br /> Line of 20th Street S. E. a distance of 130 feet to an iron <br /> pin for corner; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 100 feet to an iron pin <br /> for corner; <br /> THENCE N 0 Degrees 35 Minutes W a distance of 130 <br /> feet to an iron pin for corner in the South Boundary Line of <br /> Lamar Avenue; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 100 feet to the place of <br /> beginning and containing 13, 000 square feet. <br />
