<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2411 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON A PART OF <br /> LOT 12 AND A PART OF LOT 13, CITY BLOCI< 157, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO CALVIN R. GIBSON AND REGINALD W. HODGES, <br /> SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED <br /> AS A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1); <br /> AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established <br /> on a part of Lot 12 and a part of Lot 13, City Block 157, on pro- <br /> perty belonging to Calvin R. Gibson and Reginald W. Hodges, so as <br /> to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a <br /> Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), and that the <br /> boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being a part of the Larkin <br /> Rattan Survey. <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the East Right of Way <br /> Line of lst Street, S. W. , said point being the Southwest <br /> Corner of Lot 13, City Block 157 and the Southwest <br /> Corner of a tract of land conveyed to Raymond McCulley <br /> by deed recorded in Book 454, Page 360-A, Deed Records, <br /> Lamar County, Texas. <br /> THENCE North along the East Line of lst <br /> Street, S. W. , a distance of 187 feet to a point in the <br /> Northwest Corner of Lot 12, City Block 157; <br /> THENCE East with the North Line of said Lot 12, <br /> a distance of 75 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 187 feet to a point <br /> in the South Line of said Lot 13; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 75 feet to the place <br /> of beginning. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, a nd he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
