ORDINANCE NO. 2411 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON A PART OF LOT 12 AND A PART OF LOT 13, CITY BLOCI< 157, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CALVIN R. GIBSON AND REGINALD W. HODGES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on a part of Lot 12 and a part of Lot 13, City Block 157, on pro- perty belonging to Calvin R. Gibson and Reginald W. Hodges, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey. BEGINNING at a point in the East Right of Way Line of lst Street, S. W. , said point being the Southwest Corner of Lot 13, City Block 157 and the Southwest Corner of a tract of land conveyed to Raymond McCulley by deed recorded in Book 454, Page 360-A, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas. THENCE North along the East Line of lst Street, S. W. , a distance of 187 feet to a point in the Northwest Corner of Lot 12, City Block 157; THENCE East with the North Line of said Lot 12, a distance of 75 feet to a point; THENCE South a distance of 187 feet to a point in the South Line of said Lot 13; THENCE West a distance of 75 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, a nd he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
