<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2415 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND A SPECIFIC <br /> USE PERMIT, AUTO FUEL SALES (49), ON LOT 14, CITY BLOCK <br /> 45A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LAWRENCE McDOWELL AND <br /> JOHN W. BIARD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR- <br /> MERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DIS- <br /> TRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO FUEL SALES (49), <br /> SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> Commercial District (C) and a Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel <br /> Sales (49), be, and the same are hereby established on Lot 14, <br /> City Block 45A, on property belonging to Lawrence McDowell and <br /> John W. Biard, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) and <br /> Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel Sales (49), the hereinafter de- <br /> scribed property, which was formerly and is presently designated <br /> as a Commercial District (C), and that the boundaries of said <br /> Commercial District (C) and Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel Sales <br /> (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br /> Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of <br /> the Asa Jarman Survey, and being a part of a tract of <br /> land conveyed Mrs. Myrta L. Wright by deed recorded <br /> in Vol. 164, Page 145, of the Deed Records of said <br /> County and State. <br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the Southeast <br /> corner of said Wright tract of land. <br /> THENCE South 75 Deg. 45 Min. West along the North <br /> Boundary Line of Bonham St. a distance of 153 ft. to a <br /> stake for corner; <br /> THENCE North 43 Deg. 30 Min. West a distance of <br /> 15 ft. to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE North along the East Boundary Line of <br /> 9th N. W. a distance of 217. 5 ft. to a stake for corner, <br /> said point being South a distance of 145 ft. from the <br /> South Boundary Line of Ashby St. ; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 158 ft. to a stake for <br /> corner at the Southeast corner of a tract of land sold <br /> out of said Wright tract of land; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 191 ft. to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />
