ORDINANCE NO. 2415 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO FUEL SALES (49), ON LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 45A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LAWRENCE McDOWELL AND JOHN W. BIARD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR- MERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DIS- TRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO FUEL SALES (49), SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C) and a Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel Sales (49), be, and the same are hereby established on Lot 14, City Block 45A, on property belonging to Lawrence McDowell and John W. Biard, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) and Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel Sales (49), the hereinafter de- scribed property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Commercial District (C), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C) and Specific Use Permit, Auto Fuel Sales (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, and being a part of a tract of land conveyed Mrs. Myrta L. Wright by deed recorded in Vol. 164, Page 145, of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the Southeast corner of said Wright tract of land. THENCE South 75 Deg. 45 Min. West along the North Boundary Line of Bonham St. a distance of 153 ft. to a stake for corner; THENCE North 43 Deg. 30 Min. West a distance of 15 ft. to a stake for corner; THENCE North along the East Boundary Line of 9th N. W. a distance of 217. 5 ft. to a stake for corner, said point being South a distance of 145 ft. from the South Boundary Line of Ashby St. ; THENCE East a distance of 158 ft. to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner of a tract of land sold out of said Wright tract of land; THENCE South a distance of 191 ft. to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
