L. RAINEY, SO AS TO AMIL DWELLING D SORICTOR- <br /> MERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONEF <br /> NO. 2(SF-2); AND DWEL ING DISTRICT NO A1(MF- ~ <br /> MULTIPLE FAMILY l) SD ES- <br /> TABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore estaYi ished by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple <br /> Family Dwelling District N 296, 1> on b prperdtyhbelo g ng to ereby <br /> e s t a b l i s h e d o n L o t 14, Cly Block <br /> O. L. Rainey, so as to include in such Multiple Fami ly D we l ling <br /> District No. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which <br /> was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling <br /> District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Multiple <br /> Family Dwelling District No. l. (MF-1), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach <br /> Survey, and being part of a tract of land conveyed O. L. <br /> Rainey by deed recorded in Vol. 560, Page 223, Deed <br /> Records, Lamar County, Texas. <br /> BEGINNING at a concrete marker at the Southwest <br /> corner of Lot l, Block B of Town East Estates as re- <br /> corded in the Plat Records of said County and State. <br /> THENCE N 70° 28' E a distance of 240 feet to the <br /> Southeast corner of Lot 3, Bloc k B of said Addition; <br /> THENCE S 0° 06' E a distance of 313. 6 feet to a <br /> point in the North right of way line of Lamar Avenue; <br /> THENCE Westerly along the said North right of way <br /> line of Lamar Avenue a distance of 225 feet to a point, <br /> the Southwest corner of said Rainey tract; <br /> THENCE N 0° 12' W a distance of 250 feet to the <br /> place of beginning. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
