ORDINANCE N0._2420 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXA.S BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINA.NCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER 1, 1978. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances of the eity of Paris be amended to include stop signs as follows: "Stop 29th N. E. at Loop 286, from the South Stop 31st N. E. at Loop 286, from the South Stop Houston at 9th N. W., from the East and West" Section 2. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended to include yield signs as follows: "Yield 34th N. E. at Robin Road, from the North and South Yield 38th S. E. at Dawn Drive, from the North and South" Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective on December l, 1978.
