<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2422 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PA IS <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON A PART OF LOT <br /> l, CITY BLOCI< 319, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DIXIE HARLAN, <br /> SO AS TO INCLUDE TH DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATINGSTHE TED <br /> AS AN AGRICULTURAL <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PA R IS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial <br /> District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on a part of Lot <br /> 1, City Block 319, on property belonging to Dixie Harlan, so as to in- <br /> clude in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described pro- <br /> perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as an <br /> Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of said <br /> Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br /> Paris, County of Lamar, and State cf Texas, a part of the <br /> Hiram Williams Survey #1003, and being a tract of land <br /> now owned by Dixie Ann Harlan. <br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the intersection <br /> of the East Boundary Line of Farm Road 195 with the <br /> North Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286. <br /> THENCE North 50 Deg. 35 Min. East along the <br /> Southeasterly Boundary Line of said Farm Road 195 a <br /> distance of 416. 4 ft. to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE South 39 Deg. 25 Min. East a distance of <br /> 250 ft. to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE South 50 Deg. 35 Min. West a distance of <br /> 137. 9 ft. to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE South 64 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of <br /> 314 ft. to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE South 1 Deg. Vlest a distance of 274. 7 ft. <br /> to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner of said <br /> Harlan tract of land; <br /> THENCE North 64 Deg. 30 Min. West along the <br /> North Boundary Line of said Loop Hwy. 286 a distance <br /> of 674 ft. to a marker for corner; <br /> THENCE North 18 Deg. West a distance of 143 ft. <br /> to the place of beginning and containing 5. 00 acres of <br /> land. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />
