MOSELEY AND ROBERT <br /> MOSELEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND A <br /> MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1); AND DE- <br /> SIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> DISTRICT, SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ?HE CITY OF <br /> PA R IS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned <br /> Development District, Shopping C',enter (PD-a), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on Lots 3, 4 and 5, City Block 102C, on property <br /> belonging to James D. Moseley and Robert Moseley, so as to include <br /> in such Planned Development District, Shopping Center (PD-a), the <br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a General Retail District (GR) and a Multiple Family <br /> Dwell.ing District No. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said <br /> Planned Development District, Shopping Center (PD-a), be, and the <br /> same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas. <br /> BEGINNING at a stake in the West Boundary Line of <br /> 17th Street, S. E. , 148 feet South of the South Boundary <br /> Line of Lamar Avenue; <br /> THENCE South, a d.istance of 227 feet to a point for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE West, a distance of 84 feet to a point for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE North, a distance of 227 feet to a point for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 84 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the site plan of the property herein re-zoned, <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map oE the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br /> w <br />
