<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br /> ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217) ON
<br /> LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 5, BROOKSIDE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY
<br /> BELONGING TO J. W. HARRISON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELL-
<br /> ING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217) SO ESTABLISHED.

<br /> BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PA R IS:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of P=iris,
<br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br /> Two-Family Dwelling District (217), be, and the same is hereby es-
<br /> tablished on Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 5, Brookside Addition, on pro-
<br /> perty belonging to J. W. Harrison, so as to include in such Two-
<br /> Family Dwelling District (2F) tne hereinafter described property,
<br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family
<br /> Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said
<br /> Two-Family Dwelling District (217), be, and the same are hereby
<br /> established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
<br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 1, 2 and
<br /> 3, Block 5, Brookside Addition, located on the South
<br /> Side of Culbertson Street between 25th Street, S. E.
<br /> and 26th Street, S. E.
<br />
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
<br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
<br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
<br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use ma.p accompanying the
<br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />
<br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />
<br /> Section 4. Zhis ordinance shall become effective imme-
<br /> diately upon passage.
<br />
<br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
<br /> in special session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
<br /> Texas, on this the 26th day of February, 1979.
