ORDINANCE N0. 2438 AN ORDTNANCE OF THE CITY OF PARTS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVTDTNG THAT THE CODE OF ORDTNANCES, CITY OF PARLS, BE AMENDED BY REVISTNG THE TRAFFIC PARKING MAP ADOPTED TN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDTNG fOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALTNG ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVTDTNG FOR AN EFFECTr11E DATE OF APRTL 1, 1979. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended to delete a fifteen (15) minute loading zone as followrs: "On the North side of East Kaufman Street, beginning 65 feet West of the West Boundary Line of lst Street, S. E.'s intersection with the North Boundary Line of East Kaufman Street; Thence West 22 feet." Section 2. That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended to include a two (2) hour parking zone as follows: "On the North side of East Kaufman Street, beginning 65 feet West of the West Boundary Line of lst Street, S. E.'s intersection with the North Boundary Line of East Kaufman Street; Thence ulest 22 feet." Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. Section 4. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective on April 1, 1979.
