<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2441 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, A ND CHA NG ING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC LANDS AND INSTITUTIONS DISTRICT <br /> (PLI) ON LOT 6, BLOCI< C, SANDHILL ESTATES; THE EAST 50 <br /> FEET OF LOT 5A, BLOCK 2, HAYES HEIGHTS ADDITION; AND <br /> ALL OF LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 294, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br /> PARIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE- <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING <br /> THE BOUNDA R IE S OF THE PUBLIC LA NDS A ND INSTITUTIONS <br /> DISTRICT (PLI) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF PA R IS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Public <br /> Lands and Institutions District (PLI), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on Lot 6, Block C, Sandhill Estates; the East 50 feet <br /> of Lot 5A, Block 2, Hayes Heights Addition; and all of Lot 14, <br /> City Block 294, on property belonging to Paris Independent 6chool <br /> District, so as to include in such Public Lands and Institutions <br /> District (PLI) the hereinafter described property, which was for- <br /> merly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling <br /> District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Public Lands <br /> and Institutions District (PLI), be, and the same are hereby es - <br /> tablished as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach <br /> Survey, being all of Lot 6, Block C, Sandhill Estates; the <br /> East 50 feet of Lot 5A, Block 2, Hayes Heights Addition; <br /> and all of Lot 14, City Block 294, said Lot 14 being more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the South West Corner of Lot 1, <br /> Block C of Pine Mill Village, same being the South East <br /> Corner of said Lot 14; <br /> THENCE S 89 ° 12' W a distance of 827. 0 feet to a <br /> point for corner; <br /> THENCE N 0° 35' E a distance of 1353. 6 feet to a <br /> point for corner in the South Line of Pine Mill Road; <br /> THENCE East along the South Line of Pine Mill <br /> Road, a distance of 827. 0 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE S 0° 35' W, a distance of 1342. 1 feet to <br /> the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. 'Ihe site plan of the property herein re -zoned, a <br /> copy of which is filed in the City Clerk's Office, is approved, <br /> subject to detailed drainage and utility plans being approved by the <br /> Director of Public Works and being filed with the City Clerk of the <br /> City of Paris. <br />
