<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2445 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND GHANGING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217) ON A <br /> 5.2 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT THE END OF <br /> KESSLER DRIVE, 172 FEET WEST OF 29TH STREET, N. E., ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO JACK W. DENMAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE- <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING <br /> THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> (217) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are her.eby changed, and that a Two-Family <br /> Dwelling District (217), be, and the same is hereby established on a <br /> 5.2 acre tract of land located at the end of Kessler Drive, 172 feet <br /> West of 29th Street, N. E. , on property belonging to Jack W. Denman, <br /> so as to include in such Two-Family Dwelling District (217) the here- <br /> inafter described property,which was formerly and is presently de- <br /> signated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that <br /> the boundaries of said Two-Family Dwelling District (217), be, and <br /> the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate L.imits of the City of <br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas. <br /> BEGINNING at a concrete marker for corner at the <br /> Northwest Corner of Lot 7, Block 8 of Town North Estates <br /> Part 2; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 308. 7 feet to a concrete <br /> marker at the Southwest Corner of Lot 16, Block 7 of <br /> said Town North Estates Part 2; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 522 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 195 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 130 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 510 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 652 feet to the place of <br /> beginning and containing 5.2 acres more or less. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> <br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br /> upon passage. <br />
