<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2458 . <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF <br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO <br /> LAUNDRY (3) ON LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 204, ON PROPERTY BELONGING <br /> TO MARVIN PAUL NASH AND WIFE, MILDRED NASH, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO <br /> LAUNDRY (3), SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PAF.I S : <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> General Retail District (GR) and a Specific Use Permit, Auto <br /> Laundry (3), be, and the same are hereby established on Lot 7, <br /> City Block 204, on property belonging to Marvin Paul Nash and <br /> wife, Mildred Nash, so as to include in such General Retail <br /> District (GR) and Specific Use Permit, Auto Laundry (3), the <br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 <br /> (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said General Retail District <br /> (GR) and Specific Use Permit, Auto Laundry (3), be, and the same <br /> are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City <br /> of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; <br /> A part of the Asa Jarman Survey in Paris, City <br /> Block 204, Lamar County, Texas, and described by <br /> metes and bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a stake in the SB line of Bonham <br /> Street, the NW corner of a lot formerly owned by <br /> A. D. Liston; <br /> THENCE West with said Bonham Street 105 feet; <br /> THENCE South 184 feet to a stake in the r1B line <br /> of a tract formerly owned and known as the Brame <br /> homestead; <br /> THENCE East with said line 105 feet to NE corner <br /> of said former Brame homestead; <br /> THENCE North 184 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change <br /> the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompany- <br /> ing the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- <br /> f7ict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immedi- <br /> ately upon passage. <br />
