<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2462_ <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PA RIS, <br /> BE AMENDED BY ADDING A SECTION TO BE NUMBERED 2-51, <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AMBULANCE SERVICE <br /> RATES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES <br /> IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE OF SEPTEMBER 1, 1979. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris <br /> be amended by adding a section to be numbered 2-51, to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "Sec. 2-51. Ambulance Service Rates. <br /> The following rates are established for ambulance <br /> <br /> service: <br /> EMERGENCY SERVICE $40.00 <br /> within the City Limits <br /> <br /> EMERGENCY TRANSFER $40. 00 plus $l. 25 per <br /> SERVICE to a point outside mile from point of pick up <br /> the City Limits to point of delivery <br /> <br /> TRANSFER SERVICE $35.00 <br /> within the City Limits <br /> <br /> TRANSFER SERVICE $35. 00 plus $1. 00 per mile <br /> to a point outside the from point of pick up to <br /> City Limits point of delivery <br /> <br /> In addition to the established rates a usual, reasonable and <br /> customary charge for medical supplies and services used <br /> or required in connection with emergency and transfer <br /> service shall be made. " <br /> <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
