ORDINANCE NO. 2466 , AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPERTY ON 7TH STREET, N. E., FROM THE NORTH EDGE OF PAVEMENT OF EAST CHERRY STREET, NORTHERLY 601.5 FEET TO ITS DEADEND; ON BOOTH ALLEY, FROM THE EAST EDGE OF PAVEMENT OF 7TH STREET, N. E., EASTERLY 392 FEET TO THE WEST EDGE OF PAVEMENT OF 8TH STREET, N. E. ; AND ON BOOTH PLACE, FROM THE EAST EDGE OF PAVE- MENT OF 7TH STREET, N. E., EASTERLY 157 FEET TO ITS DEADEND, IN THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS; DIRECTING THE SAME CITY CLERK OF THE HIE P~RISANERIS WS OASUREQUIRED Y LAW; THREE (3) TIMES IN T APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE FINAL ESTIMATE OF COSTS AND CONSTRUCTION PLANS OF SUCH STREET IMPROVEMENTS AS FILED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF PARIS; FIXING THE CHARGES TO BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS AND THE CHARGES TO BE PAID BY THE CITY OF PARIS; AND WITH THE INTENTION OF FIXING A CHARGE AND LIEN AGAINST THE REAL AND TRUE OWNERS OF SAID PROPERTY AND AGAINST THE SAID PROPERTY ITSELF. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, hereby finds and determines: 1. That the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has heretofore by ordinance duly enacted on the 14th day of August, 1978, determined the necessity for and ordered the improvement of portions of the following streets: (a) 7th Street, N. E. , from the North edge of pavement of East Cherry Street, Northerly 601. 5 feet to its deadend. (b) Booth Alley, from the East edge of pavement of 7th Street, N. E. , Easterly 392 feet to the West edge of pavement of 8th Street, N. E. (c) Booth Place, from the East edge of pavement of 7th Street, N. E. , Easterly 157 feet to its deadend. by grading, constructing curb and gutter and pavement and replacement of inadequate water main and other appurtenances, according to the plans and specifications prepared by the Director of Public 'Works, and change orders thereto.
