<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br /> ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2)
<br /> ON LOTS 18, 19 AND 20, BLOCK A, AND LOTS 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,
<br /> 16, 17, 18, 19 AND 20, BLOCK C, EASTFIELD ESTATES, PHASE II,
<br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EASTFIELD DEVELOPMENT COR-
<br /> PORATION AND ITS GRANTEES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DIS-
<br /> TRICT (C), AND ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING
<br /> DISTRICT (217) ON LOTS l, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 AND 10,
<br /> BLOCK D, EASTFIELD ESTATES, PHASE II, ON PROPERTY BE-
<br /> LONGING TO EASTFIELD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND ITS
<br /> GRANTEES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br /> DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNAT-
<br /> ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
<br /> NO. 2(SF-2) AND TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SO
<br /> ESTABLISHED.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PA RIS:
<br />
<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretoEore established by the
<br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family
<br /> Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is hereby es-
<br /> tablished on Lots 18, 19 and 20, Block A, and Lots 11, 12, 13, 14,
<br /> 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block C, Eastfield Estates, Phase II, on
<br /> property belonging to Eastfield Development Corporation and its
<br /> Grantees, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District
<br /> No. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter described property, which was for-
<br /> merly and is presently designated as a Commercial District (C),
<br /> and that the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2
<br /> (SF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
<br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 18, 19
<br /> and 20, Block A, Eastfield Estates, Phase II, and
<br /> Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block C,
<br /> Eastfield Estates, Phase II.

<br /> Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Two-Family
<br /> Dwelling District (217), be, and the same is hereby established on
<br /> Lots l, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block D, Eastfield Estates,
<br /> Phase II, on property belongin to Eastfield Development Corporation
<br /> and its Grantees, so as to include in such Two-Family Dwelling
<br /> District (2F) the hereinafter described property, which was for-
<br /> merly and is presently designated as a Commercial District (C),
<br /> and that the boundaries of said Two-Family Dwelling District (217),
<br /> be, and the same are hereby established as follows:

<br /> Situated within the caporate limits of the City of
<br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots l, 2, 3,
<br /> 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block D, Eastfield Estates,
<br /> Phase II.
