<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINA NCE NO. 2468 . <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217) ON A <br /> 0. 839 ACRE TRACT OF LAND PRELIMINARILY PLATTED AS <br /> NORTH PARI< ESTATES NO. 3, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH <br /> TOTAL HOME BUILDERS, INC. OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO <br /> AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED <br /> AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217) <br /> SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PA RIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> Two-Family Dwelling District (2F), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on a 0. 839 acre r.ract of land preliminarily platted as <br /> North Park Estates No. 3, upon property of which Total Home <br /> Builders, Inc. owns a current option, so as to include in such <br /> Two-Family Dwelling District (217) the hereinafter described pro- <br /> perty, which was Eormerly and is presently designated as a <br /> Commercial District (C), and that the boundaries of said <br /> Two-Family Dwelling District (217), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City <br /> of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the West Line of 35th <br /> Street, N. E. , said point being the SouthEast Corner <br /> of Lot 8, Block A, North Park Estates as filed in <br /> Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; <br /> THENCE South 338. 7 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE West 105 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE North 357. 8 feet to a point for corner <br /> in the South Line of Lot 7, Block A of said North Park <br /> Estates; <br /> THENCE S 79 ° 41' E, a distance of 106. 72 feet <br /> to the place of beginning and containing 0. 839 acres. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. A 11 ordinances and parts oE ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br /> <br /> upon passage. <br />
