ORDINA NCE NO. 2468 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217) ON A 0. 839 ACRE TRACT OF LAND PRELIMINARILY PLATTED AS NORTH PARI< ESTATES NO. 3, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH TOTAL HOME BUILDERS, INC. OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA RIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F), be, and the same is hereby established on a 0. 839 acre r.ract of land preliminarily platted as North Park Estates No. 3, upon property of which Total Home Builders, Inc. owns a current option, so as to include in such Two-Family Dwelling District (217) the hereinafter described pro- perty, which was Eormerly and is presently designated as a Commercial District (C), and that the boundaries of said Two-Family Dwelling District (217), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; BEGINNING at a point in the West Line of 35th Street, N. E. , said point being the SouthEast Corner of Lot 8, Block A, North Park Estates as filed in Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; THENCE South 338. 7 feet to a point for corner; THENCE West 105 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 357. 8 feet to a point for corner in the South Line of Lot 7, Block A of said North Park Estates; THENCE S 79 ° 41' E, a distance of 106. 72 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0. 839 acres. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. A 11 ordinances and parts oE ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
