ORDINANCE NO. 2471 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF 2) ON A 20.155 ACRE TRACT OF LAND PRELIMINARILY PLATTED AS MORNINGSIDE ESTATES, PART 11, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JAMES MOORE, TRUSTEE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF -2), be, and the same is hereby es - tablished on a 20. 155 acre tract of land preliminarily platted as Morningside Estates, Part 11, on property belonging to James Moore, Trustee, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; BEGINNING at the South East Corner of Lot 8, Block M, Morningside Estates, Part 5; THENCE S 0° 49' W, 645. 0 feet to a point in the North Right oE Way Line of Old Clarksville Road; THENCE with the said North Right of Way Line of Old Clarksville Road the following: S 68° 49' W, 368.01 feet; S 78 ° 57' W, 156. 7 feet, S 86° 53' W, 118 feet to a point in the East Right of Way Line of Loop 286 S. E. ; THENCE with the said East Right of Way of Loop 286 S. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
