<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2471 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF 2) <br /> ON A 20.155 ACRE TRACT OF LAND PRELIMINARILY PLATTED <br /> AS MORNINGSIDE ESTATES, PART 11, ON PROPERTY BELONGING <br /> TO JAMES MOORE, TRUSTEE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL <br /> DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
