<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF
<br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING I7AP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT,
<br /> ANTIQUE SHOP (4), ON PARTS OF LOTS 2 AND 3, CITY BLOCK 248B,
<br /> AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CLARKSVILLE STREET AND 20TH STREET,
<br /> S.E., ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LOWRY CARRINGTON, SO AS TO IN-
<br /> CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN OFFICE
<br /> DISTRICT (0); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBOR-
<br /> HOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, ANTIQUE
<br /> SHOP (4), SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of P aris,
<br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br /> Neighborhood Service District (NS) and a Specific Use Permit,
<br /> Antique Shop (4), be, and the same is hereby established and
<br /> described as follows: Parts of Lots 2 and 3, City Block 248B,
<br /> at the Southwest corner of Clarksville Street and 20th Street
<br /> S.E., on property belonging to Lowry Carrington, so as to in-
<br /> clude in such Neighborhood Service District (NS) and Specific
<br /> Use Permit, Antique Shop (4), the hereinafter described pro-
<br /> perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as an
<br /> Office District (0), and that the boundaries of the said
<br /> Neighborhood Service District (NS) and Specific Use Permit,
<br /> Antique Shop (4), be, and the same are hereby established as
<br /> follows:
<br /> Situated in Lamar County, State of Texas, a part
<br /> of the George W. Cox Survey, being in City Block 248B,
<br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas.
<br /> BEGINNING at the N.E. Corner of a tract of land
<br /> described in Deed to Mrs. Alice Cross from C.W. Cothran
<br /> and wife, dated April 1, 1940, recorded in Book 251,
<br /> Page 309, Lamar County Deed Records;
<br /> THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with the SB
<br /> line of Clarksville Street, 145.5 feet a stake, the
<br /> W.B. line of 20th Street, S. E.;
<br /> THENCE South with the WB line of 20th Street S.E.,
<br /> 133 feet, a stake, the N. E. Corner of lot once owned
<br /> by Lida Mae Parker;
<br /> THENCE GTest with fence line 198 feet, a fence
<br /> corner, being the N. W. corner of said Parker lot;
<br /> THENCE North 20 feet, a fence corner, the S. W.
<br /> corner of a lot once owned by R. V. Free;
<br /> THENCE East with fence line 87.3 feet the S. E.
<br /> corner of said Free lot;
<br /> THENCE North 190 feet to the place of beginning.
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
<br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
<br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
<br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
<br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
<br /> flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
