<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0, 2489 . <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0, 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARTS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTAB- <br /> LISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A CODIMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT (C) ON A PART OF LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 266, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO 31 PROPERTIES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT No. 3 <br /> (SF-3); AND DESTGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br /> (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial <br /> District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on a part of <br /> Lot 3, City Block 266, on property belonging to 31 Properties, so <br /> as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter de- <br /> scribed property, which was formerly and is presently designated <br /> as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), and that the <br /> boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of the Redding <br /> Russell Survey, Abstraet No. 786; also being a part of a <br /> 45.32 acre tract described as Second Tract in a Deed from <br /> William T. Murphy to Patti Bess Murphy, dated June 27, 1979, <br /> recorded in Volume 615, Page 286, Lamar County Deed Records; <br /> said tract being more particularly described as follows, <br /> TO-WIT: <br /> BEGINNING at a steel rod set for a corner, said point <br /> being in the South Boundary line of Loop 286 N.E. and being <br /> North 67 degrees 32 minutes West, 123.0 feet and North 62 <br /> degrees 46 minutes ~7est, 221.2 feet from the present North- <br /> east corner of the 45.32 acre tract previously mentioned, <br /> measured along the present South boundary line of Loop 286 <br /> N. E.; said point also being in the centerline of a 60-ft. <br /> wide drainage easement recorded in Volume 361, Page 566, <br /> Lamar County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE South 29 degrees 28 minutes tiaest, 300.0 feet <br /> along the centerline of said drainage easement to a steel <br /> rod set for a corner; <br /> THENCE North 60 degrees 32 minutes West, 250.0 feet <br /> to a steel rod set for a corner; <br /> THENCE North 29 degrees 28 minutes East, 296.1 feet to <br /> a steel rod set for a corner, said point being in the South <br /> boundary line of Loop 286 N.E.; <br /> THENCE along the South boundary line of said Loop 286 <br /> N. E. on the following calls: South 57 degrees 09 minutes <br /> East, 60.0 feet; South 62 degrees 46 minutes East, 190.3 <br /> feet to the place of beginning containing 1.70 acres of land, <br /> more or less. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the <br /> City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning <br /> Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and <br /> in accordance with the nrovisions of this ordinance. <br />
