ORDINANCE N0. 2491 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVID- ING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 1, 1980. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended to include stop signs as follows: "Stop West Houston Street at Loop 286 N.W., from the West Stop Graham Street at Loop 286 N.W., from the West Stop 34th Street N.W. at Loop 286 N.W., from the North Stop Loop 286 N.W. exit ramps at 19th N.W. Street (F.M. 79), from the East and West from Stop Lake Crook Road at 19th N.W. Street (F.M. 79), the West Stop Lake Crook Road (19th N.W.) at entrance to ramp to Loop 286 N.W., from the West" Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on March 1,1980.
