Zack asked what thetime frame was on getting the 20-30 houses <br />denlolished. Robert stated that demolitions would start back up in May and that <br />depending on the weather we could do up to twenty-five in one month. Lack <br />Saffle stated that he didn't want the Commission to lose focus of getting rid of <br />dilapidated houses. Don Wilson stated that in the next thirty days downtown <br />properties need to be evaluated. <br />Robert Talley stated that eventually a process will be formed for downtown <br />inspections. <br />(5.) Cherry Street Manor needs to be on the agenda for the Regular May <br />Meeting. <br />6, Adjournment <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Wendell Moore to adjourn <br />the meeting at 4:45pm.
