ORDINANCE NO. 2306 ,
<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
<br />THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
<br />RIES ESTABLISHED BY Z'HE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
<br />ING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ON LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4,
<br />BLOCK A, WYNNWOOD ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
<br />HARPER, HARPER & HARPER, INC., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELL-
<br />ING DISTRICT (2 F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br />GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PA R IS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that aGeneral Retail
<br />District (GR), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots l, 2, 3
<br />and 4, Block A, Wynnwood Addition, on property belonging to Harper,
<br />Harper & Harper, Inc. , so as to include in such General Retail
<br />District (GR) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly
<br />and is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (217),
<br />and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR), be, and
<br />the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City
<br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lots l, 2, 3 and
<br />4, Block A, Wynnwood Addition, located on the West Side
<br />of 27th Street, S. E. , North of Clarksville Street.
<br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
<br />City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning
<br />Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
<br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
<br />and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of
<br />regular session convened in the Council Room,
<br />Texas, on this the 13th day of December, 1976.
