ORDINANCE NO. 2308 , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, SEPARATING, DISANNEXING, REMOVING AND EXCLUDING FROM THE INCORPORATED AREA OF THE CITY OF PARIS, LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS, AN AREA EMBRACTNG APPROXIMATELY 116. 669 A CRES OF PROPERTY OWNED OR BETNG ACQUIRED BY PA RIS, TEXAS INDUSTRLAL FOUNDATION, INC., DESCRIBED IN TWO TRACTS, ONE OF WHICH CONTAINS APPROXIMATELY 19.09 ACRES AND FRONTS ON THE SOUTH WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF LOOP 286 S. W., BETWEEN THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF THE TEXAS & PACIFIC RAILWAY RIGHT OF WAY AND THE NORTH WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF F. M. 137, AND THE OTHER OF WHICH CONTAINS APPROXIMATELY 97. 579 ACRES AND FRONTS ON THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF F. M. 137, BETWEEN THE TEXAS & PACIFIC RAILWAY RIGHT OF WAY LINE AND THE NORTH EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF LOOP 286 S. W., SAID PROPERTY BEING HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AND SAID PROPERTY BEING WHOLLY UNINHABITED BY RESIDENCES OR COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES; CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF WARD THREE OF THE CITY OF PARIS SO AS TO EXCLUDE THE HEREINA FTER DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM SA ID WARD; IN- STRUCTING THE CITY ENGINEER T'O MAKE A SURVEY FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CITY IN ACCORDANCE HEREWITH AND TO CONSTRUCT A COMPLETE MAP OF SUCH TERRITORY HEREIN AND HEREBY EXCLUDED FROM THE CORPORATE AREA OF THE CITY OF PARIS; AND ESTABLISH- ING THE CITY LIMIT LINE RESULTING FROM THIS DISANNEXATION. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the following described property presently located within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, which is wholly uninhabited, owned or being acquired by Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. , be, and the same is hereby separated, disannexed, removed and excluded from the corporate area of said City, and the boundary limits of the City of Paris are hereby amended, changed and corrected, so as to exclude said terri - tory and to conform to the same as herein set out in two tracts, to-wit: TRA CT 1: Situated about 2-1/2 miles South 55 Degrees West of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Lemuel Ewer, A sa Jarman and Isaac Cruse Surveys, and being a part of 128. 38 acres of land conveyed Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. by Nell Bankhead O' Neill and husband, 0. R. O' Neill, recorded Book 550, Page 886, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas. BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the intersection of the South Boundary Line of the Texas & Pacific Railroad Right of Way with the South West Right of Way Line of Loop 286 S. W. ; THENCE in a South Westerly direction with said Loop Right of Way Line as follows: South 43 Degrees 30 Minutes East, a distance of 276 feet; South 49 Degrees 30 Minutes East, a distance of 702 feet; South 40 Degrees East, a distance of 651 feet; South 3 Degrees East, a distance of 214 feet to a concrete marker for corner; THENCE South 32 Degrees West along the West Boundary Line of F. M. 137 a distance of 309 feet to a stake for corner;
