ORDINA NCE NO. 2312 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PAR[S, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ON LOT l, CITY BLOCK 199, ON PROPER"I'Y BELONGING TO PETE JOHNSON AND WIFE, FLORENCE JOHNSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (ZF); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General Retail District (GR), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 1, City Block 199, on property belonging to Pete Johnson and wife, Florence Johnson, so as to include in such General Retail District (GR) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (217), and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, "rexas, being Lot 1, City Block 199, located at 1626 Bonham Street. Section 2. That the Di.rector of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he i.s hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon pa s s age.
