ORDINANCE NO. 2316 , <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />(MF-1) ON LOTS 25 AND 26, CITY BLOCK 222A, UPON PROPERTY <br />OF WHICH NATHAN BELRIOORY FORMERLY DES GONATED AS AO <br />INCLUDE THEREIN TER <br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLINGD MULTIPLE (FAMILY DWELLINGAT- <br />ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established bPa~ s, <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple <br />Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby <br />established on Lots 25 and 26, City Block 222A, upon property of which <br />Nathan Bell owns a current option, so as to include in such Multiple <br />Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described pro- <br />perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said <br />Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF -1), be, and the same are <br />hereby established as follows: <br />FIRST TRACT: Being situated within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, in <br />City Block No. 222-A, a part of the Geo. W. Cox Survey; <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the SBL of East Price <br />Street, 225 feet West of the NEC of the Blue Bonnet <br />Lodge Tract, now owned by Morris Ford, and in Ford's <br />NWC an arrow is chiseled in the back of curb for line; <br />THENCE South 210 feet to the NBL of a lot now <br />owned by W. E. Brown, and facing Lamar Avenue; <br />THENCE with Brown's NBL West 58 feet to a stake; <br />THENCE North 210 feet to the SBL of Price Street <br />to a stake, an arrow being chiseled in the back of curb <br />for line; <br />THENCE East with SBL of Price Street 58 feet to <br />the place of BEGINNING. <br />SECOND TRACT: Being a part of the Geo. W. Cox <br />Survey and a part of the 6-1/2 acre tract conveyed in a <br />deed executed by W. W. Stell to Jas. W.
