<br />(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED
<br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, SHOPPING CENTER AND OFFICE CENTER
<br />(PD-a, f), LIMITED SO AS NOT TO INCLUDE PRIVATE CLUBS, SO
<br />ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development
<br />District, Shopping Center and Office Center (PD-a, f), limited so as
<br />not to include private clubs, be, and the same is hereby established
<br />on Lot 9, City Block 331, on property belonging to Nebraska Insurance
<br />Company, so as to include in such Planned Development District,
<br />Shopping Center and Office Center (PD-a, f), limited so as not to in-
<br />clude private clubs, the hereinafter described property, which was for-
<br />merly and is presently designated as a Planned Development District
<br />(PD), One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) and Multiple Family
<br />Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said
<br />Planned Development District, Shopping Center and Office Center
<br />(PD-a, f), limited so as not to include private clubs, be, and the same
<br />are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and
<br />being a tract or parcel of land, and being a part of the Isaac
<br />Cruise Survey, Abst. No. 162 and also being a part of City
<br />Block 331, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at iron stake for corner on the North R. O. W.
<br />line of U. S. Hwy. No. 82 (also called Bonham Street) and said
<br />point being S 89 deg. 17 min. W. ; 100 ft. from the intersection
<br />of the North R. O. W. line of said highway with the West
<br />boundary line of N. W. 34th Street;
<br />THENCE N 0 deg. 43 min. W. , 146 ft. to iron stake for
<br />corner;
<br />THENCE N 89 deg. 17 min. E. , 100 ft. to iron stake for
<br />corner and in the W. B. L. of said N. W. 34th Street;
<br />THENCE N 0 deg. 24 min. 14 sec. W. , 478. 07 ft. along
<br />the W. B. L. of said street to iron stake for corner and said
<br />point being N 89 deg. 27 min. E. , 10 ft. from the Southeast
<br />corner of Lot #1 in Block "B" of WESTWOOD ADDITION
<br />subdivision in City of Paris;
<br />THENCE S. 89 deg. 27 min. W. , 651. 3 ft. along S. B. L.
<br />of said subdivision to iron stake for corner and said point
<br />being in E. B. L. of N. W. 36th Street and at the S. W. corner
<br />of Lot #9 in Block "B" of said subdivision;
