W. , 150. 0 ft. with <br />E. B. L. of said small tract to iron stake for corner and <br />said point being on the North R. O. W. line of U. S. Hwy. <br />No. 82 (Bonham Street), and said point also being <br />N. 89 deg. 17 min. E. , 135 ft. from point of Hwy. R. O. W. <br />flare marking intersection of Easterly R. O. W. line of <br />Loop Hwy. No. 286 with the North R. O. W. line of U. S. <br />Hwy. No. 82 and said point also being at S. E. corner of <br />said oil company lot; <br />THENCE N. 89 deg. 17 min. E., 906. 0 ft. along <br />North R. O. W. line of said U. S. Hwy. No. 82 and <br />Bonham Street to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing <br />16. 425 acres of land, of which 0. 467 acres lies within <br />drainage easements. <br />Section 2. That the Site Plan of the property herein re-zoned, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. <br />Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of <br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br />Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br />same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br />upon passage. <br />
