ORDINANCE NO. 2329 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ROHEUDASIL, SO AS TO NCLUDEN PROPERTY BELONGING TO JAMES THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT MMERCIAL DISTRICTD (C) SO ES-G THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CO TABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial Blockt 266ct (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 1, Cty on property belonging to James Rheudasil, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Redding Russell Survey #786, and being a 9. 55 acre tract of land conveyed CY d Recods ofesa d Countdy and State.g, Page 134, of the Dee BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the North West Corner of said Wright tract of land; THENCE along the South Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 as follows: S 83 ° 00' E a distance of 264. 5 feet; S 70° 00' E a, distance of 227. 5 feet; S 57° 00' E a dis tan c e o f 46 f e et to the North East Corner of said Wright tract; THENCE South a distance of 701 feet to a point the South East Corner of said Wright tract; THENCE S 88 ° 52' W a distance of 532 feet to a point the South West Corner of said Wright tract; THENCE N 1° 09' E along the East Boundary Line of 17th N.
