ORDINANCE NO. 2330 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 1710 OF THE CITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, A ND CHA NG ING THE BOUNDA - RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 318, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO J. W. McCOY, SR,, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA R IS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore establis hed by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 6, City Block 318, on property belonging to J. W. McCoy, Sr. , so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey #524, and being a 4. 76 acre tract of land now owned by J. W. McCoy, Sr. BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the North Boundary Line of Loop 286 at the North West Corner of said McCoy tract of land; THENCE S 89 ° 20' E a distance of 483 feet to a point; THENCE N 88 ° 35' E a distance of 412 feet to a point, the North East Corner of said McCoy tract; THENCE S 16 ° 15' E a distance of 105 feet to a point; THENCE S 3° 00' W a distance of 397 feet to a point in the North Boundary Line of Loop 286, the South East Cor ner of said McCoy tract; THENCE along the North Boundary Line of Loop 286 as follows: N 53 ° 00' W, a. distance of 149 feet; N 65 ° 00' W a d.istance of 104 feet; Northwesterly around a 1. 4756 degree curve to the left a distance of 778 feet to the place of beginning and containing 4. 76 acres of land. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
