ORDINANCE NO. 2334 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING 20 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF 20TH S. E., 22ND S. E., HUBBARD STREET, CLEVELAND STREET, PINE BLU GRAHAM STREET, ROAD, 8TH S. E., EAST SHERMAN STREET, BLAI~ P OVIDING FOR A STREET AND SOUTH COLLEGIATE DRIVE; FINE NOT TO EXCEED $200. 00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF O ADIN WIT ND PROVIDING FO EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULYl 1977 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That a speed limit of 30 miles per hour shall be in effect on those portions of the streets p ft~e~r dwhenlch~ld ~ener than between the hours of 7:30 A. E. , from the north right of way line oE Hearon Street to the south right oE way line of Woodlawn Avenue East Sherman Street, from the ea st right of way line of 6th S. E. to the west right of way line of 8th S. E. Blake Road, from the west right of way line of 8th N. E. to the east right of way line of 6th N. E. Graham Street, from the west right of way line of 31st N. W. to the east right of way line of 34th N. W. South Collegiate Drive, from the north right of way line of Clark Lane to the south right of way line of Hubbard Street Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00.
