ORDINANCE NO. 2335 . AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CER- TAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND THE ANNEXATIUN UF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF 27.68 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, WHICH IS LESS THAN TEN PER CENT (1070) OF THE TERRITORY INGLUDED WITHIN ITS PRESENT CITY LIMITS, WHICH SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING ZONING FOR SAID TERRITURY. WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, where all interested persons were provided with an opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation of the following described territory: Being part of the Joseph Leach Survey, a part of a 44 acre tract of land conveyed George O. Fisher, Jr. by deed recorded in Vol. 312, Page 381, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas and being more particularly de- scribed as follows: BEGINNING at a point, the Northeast corner of Morningside Estates, Part l, said point being in the present City Limit Line and in the West boundary line of the above mentioned 44 acre Fisher tract; THENCE N 0 deg. 26 min. E, along the west line of said Fisher tract, a distance of 628. 5 feet to a point for corner, the Northwest corner of said Fisher tract; THENCE S 89 deg. 10 min. E., along the North boundary line of said Fisher tract, a distance of 1200. 0 feet to a point for corner, the Northeast corner of said Fisher tract; THENCE S 0 deg. 03 min.
