ORDINANCE NO. 2335 . <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CER- <br />TAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br />AND THE ANNEXATIUN UF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF <br />27.68 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, WHICH IS LESS THAN TEN PER <br />CENT (1070) OF THE TERRITORY INGLUDED WITHIN ITS PRESENT <br />CITY LIMITS, WHICH SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND <br />ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, AND PROVIDING ZONING FOR SAID TERRITURY. <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council of the City <br />of Paris, Paris, Texas, where all interested persons were provided <br />with an opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation of the <br />following described territory: <br />Being part of the Joseph Leach Survey, a part of a <br />44 acre tract of land conveyed George O. Fisher, Jr. by <br />deed recorded in Vol. 312, Page 381, Deed Records, <br />Lamar County, Texas and being more particularly de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point, the Northeast corner of <br />Morningside Estates, Part l, said point being in the <br />present City Limit Line and in the West boundary <br />line of the above mentioned 44 acre Fisher tract; <br />THENCE N 0 deg. 26 min. E, along the west <br />line of said Fisher tract, a distance of 628. 5 feet to a <br />point for corner, the Northwest corner of said Fisher <br />tract; <br />THENCE S 89 deg. 10 min. E., along the North <br />boundary line of said Fisher tract, a distance of <br />1200. 0 feet to a point for corner, the Northeast <br />corner of said Fisher tract; <br />THENCE S 0 deg. 03 min. E, along the East <br />boundary line of said Fisher tract, a distance of <br />1340. 0 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of Lot <br />13, Block G of the proposed Morningside Estates <br />Subdivision Part 8; <br />THENCE N 89 deg. 34 min. W a distance of 162 <br />feet to a point in the East boundary line of 42nd Street <br />S. E. ; <br />THENCE N 0 deg. 26' E, along the East boundary <br />line of 42nd Street S. E. , a distance of 35. 0 feet to a <br />concrete monument for corner; <br />THENCE N 89 deg. 34' W a distance of 350. 0 <br />feet to a concrete marker for corner, the Southwest <br />corner of Lot 6, Block F of said subdivision; <br />THENCE N 0 deg. 26' E a distance of 320. 0 feet <br />to a concrete monument f.or corner, the Southwest <br />corner of Lot 6, Block E of said subdivision; <br />THENCE N 89 deg. 34' W a distance of 200. 0 feet <br />to a concrete marker for corner, the Southwest corner <br />of Lot 4, Block E of said subdivision; <br />THENCE N 0 deg. 26' E a distance of 320. 0 feet <br />to a concrete monument for corner, the Southwest <br />corner of Lot 4, Block D of said subdivision; <br />THENCE N 89 deg. 34' W a distance of 300. 0 feet <br />to a concrete monument for corner in the East boundary <br />line of 39th Street S. E. the Southwest corner of Lot l, <br />Block D of said subdivision; <br />
