Helm and wife to R. D. Griffin on December 7, 1899, by deed re- corded in Book 94, oag a lot ,con eyed by My MeFowleord~s, and the SE corner L. C. Stinson by deed recorded in the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; THENCE North with the EB line of said Fowler-Stinson lot 150 feet, a stake in theSBn 20 fooake ley; THENCE East with satd lley 60 feet THENCE South 150 feet, a stake in the NB line of Bonham Street; Z'HENCE West with said NB line 60 feet to the place of beginning.
