ORDINANCE NO. 2339 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OT THE CITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, A ND CHA NGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON PART OF LOT 3, CITY BLOCI< 102A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO H. E. ENLOW AND GLENN JUSTICE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on part of Lot 3, City Block 102A, on property belonging to H. E. Enlow and Glenn Justice, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a General Retail District (GR), and that the bounda - ries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, and located in C;ity Block 102A, on the North side of Clarksville St, and the West side of 16th St. S. E. BEGINNING a metal stake in the W. B. L. of 16th St. S. E. , 169. 5 feet South of the original S. E. C. of a lot of Perry Rheudasil, this point being 125 Eeet North of the present intersection of Clarksville St. N. B. L. with the W. B. L. of 16th St. S. E. , and 149 feet North of the original intersection of the N. B. L. of Clarksville St. and the original W. B. L. of 16th St. S. E. THENCE West 168 Eeet a metal stake. THENCE South 50 feet to the N. B. L. of Clarksville St, this point being 30 feet from and at right angles to the Center line of Clarksville St. THENCE S. 60 ° E 92. 2 feet with the N. B. L. of Clarksville St. THENCE continuing with the N. B. L. of Clarksville St. S. 58 ° East, 78. 5 feet. THENCE N. 59 ° 33' E. 25 feet to the W. B. L. of 16th St. S. E.
