AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY ADDING A SUB-SECTION TO BE NUMBERED 29-112(b), PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF A TRAFFIC PARKING MAP, AND BY REVISING SECTION 29-114, PROHIBITING PARKING BEYOND THE TIME LIMIT PERMITTED AND PROVID- ING FOR APPROPRLATE SIGNING OF THE SAME; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDI- NANCES OR I G FOR AN EFFECTIVE I DATE OF JULY 5,~197I7 AND PROVID . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA R IS: Section 1. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended by adding a Sub -section to be numbered 29 -112(b), to read as follows: "Sec. 29-112. Traffic parking system. (b) Traffic parking map adopted. Two (2) original official and identical copies of the traffic parking map are hereby adopted, bearing the signature oE the mayor, the attestation of the city clerk and approved as to form by the city attorney, and shall be filed and maintained as follows: (1) One copy shall be filed with the city clerk and retained as the original record and shall not be changed in any manner. (2) One copy shall be filed with the chief, Paris police department, and shall be maintained up-to-date by the city engineer by posting all changes in the form of subsequent amendments in enforcing the observance of parking es- tablished. (3) Reproductions for information purposes may from time to time be made of the official " traffic parking map. Section 2. That Section 29 -114 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows: "Sec. 29-114. Parking prohibited areas; overtime parking.
