<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARTS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br />ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND A SPECI-
<br />FIC USE PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25), LIMITED TO THE USE OF
<br />ALENE SKIDMORE ONLY, ON LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 112A, ON PRO-

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General
<br />Retail District (GR) and a Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25),
<br />limited to the use of Alene Skidmore only, be, and the same are
<br />hereby established on Lot 8, City Block 112A, on property belonging
<br />to Dario Dominguez, so as to include in such General Retail District
<br />(GR) and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), limited to the use
<br />of Alene Skidmore only, the hereinafter described property, which
<br />was formerly and is presently designated as a General District (GR),
<br />and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR) and
<br />Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), limited to the use oE Alene
<br />Skidmore only, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being a part of the Larkin
<br />Rattan Survey on the South side of Clarksville Street, in
<br />City Block No. 112A, Paris, Texas.
<br />BEGINNING at a stake in the SB line of said
<br />Clarksville Street, the NE corner of a 2 acre tract
<br />deeded by J. C. Gibbons to W. A. Brosius on November 18,
<br />1886, as shown in Book Z2, Page 518, Lamar County Deed
<br />Records;
<br />THENCE N 66 W 100 feet to a stake, the NE corner
<br />of a lot formerly owned by W. A. Brosius;
<br />THENCE South with the EB line of same 204 feet to
<br />a stake, the NW corner of lot conveyed by R. R. Baker
<br />and wife, to John Wilson;
<br />THENCE S. 66 E 100 feet with said Wilson's NB
<br />line to stake in the EB line of the original 2 acre tract;
<br />THENCE North with said EB line, 204 feet to the
<br />place of beginning.
<br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
<br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
<br />Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
<br />of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
<br />and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
