ORDINANCE NO. 2350 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF 0 DIF C PARI<ING MAP PARIS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING TI ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAI DE ODE,_ PROVIDING TOR A PENAL PA ~OS 0~ ORDINANCES IN0CONFLICT ING ALL ORDINANCES OR HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE Or OCTOBER 1, 1977• BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in Para - graph (b) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended to include a fifteen (15) minute loading zone as follows: "On the West Side of South Main Street, beginning 108 feet North oE the North Boundary Line of West I<aufman Street's intersection with the West Boundary Line of South Main Street; Thence North 22 feet. " Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on October 1, 1977.
