ORDINANCF NO. 2351_ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC- CONTROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE; PROVI ORDINANCES OR PARTS OFEX- CEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT H~E REWI1977AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTO , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA R IS: Section l. That ~heo of fthe Code of Ord n nces adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 9 g City of Paris be amended to include stop signs as fo l lows: "Stop Fairfax at 17th N. E. , from the East and West" Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on October 1, 1977.
