<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br />ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2)
<br />ON LOTS 1 THROUGH 17, BLOCI< A, LOTS 1 THROUGH 20, BLOCK
<br />B AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 10, BLOCK C, OF EASTFIELD ESTATES,
<br />PHASE I, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EASTFIELD DEVELOPMENT
<br />COMPANY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br />DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING
<br />THE BOUNDARIRES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
<br />NO. 2 (SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PA RIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family
<br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is hereby established
<br />on Lots 1 through 17, Block .A, Lots 1 through 20, Block B and Lots 1
<br />through 10, Block C, of Eastfield Estates, Phase I, on property belong-
<br />ing to Eastfield Development Company, so as to include in such One-
<br />Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter described pro-
<br />perty, which was fox•merly and is presently designated as a
<br />Commercial District (C), and that the boundaries of said One-Family
<br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same are hereby es-
<br />tablished as follows:
<br />Situated within trie Corporate Limits of the City of
<br />Paxis, Lamar County, Texas, being Lots 1 through 17,
<br />Block A, Lots 1 through 20, Block B and Lots 1 through
<br />10, Block C, of Eastfield Estates, Phas-_ I, located on the
<br />North Side of Pine Mill Road at 32nd Street, N. E.
<br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
<br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
<br />Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
<br />of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the
<br />same, and in accordance wi.th the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
<br />regular session convened ii1 the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
<br />Texas, on this the lOth day of October, 1977.
