Consideration of and action on the following ordinances: <br /> <br />Adopting on third and final reading a franchise agreement with Steve <br />B. Raney and Wendy L. Raney, d.b.a. Yellow Cab Company to use the <br />public streets, alleys, and highways of the city of Paris for the purpose <br />of transporting passengers for hire in motor vehicles. <br /> <br />Adopting on third and final reading a franchise agreement with Dennis <br />Nelms, d.b.a. City Cab, to use the public streets, alleys, and highways <br />of the city of Paris for the purpose of transporting passengers for hire <br />in motor vehicles. <br /> <br />17.
