ORDINANCE NO. 2362 , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC PARI<ING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEAL- ING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER 1, 1977. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA R IS : Section 1. That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended to include a thirty (30) minute loading zone as follows: "On the West Side of lsr. Street, S. W. , beginning 30 feet North of the North Boundary Line of West Austin Street's intersection with the West Boundary Line of lst Street, S. W. ; Thence North 24 feet. " Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on December 1, 1977.
