ORDINANCE NO. 2364 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE C ITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, A ND CHA NG ING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (MF-2) ON A PART OF LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 258A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLES GREB, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELL- ING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDA- RIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (MF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA ftIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 2(MF-2), be, and the same is hereby established on a part of Lot 4, City Block 258A, on property belong- ing to Charles Greb, so as to include in such Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 2(MF-2) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 2(MF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Hiram Williams Survey #1003, and being a part of tract #2 in deed to Charles Greb as recorded in Vol. 518, Page 244, of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEG INNING at a stake for corner in the North Boundary Line of said Greb tract of land, said point being South 88 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 269 ft. from the present Northwest corner of same. THENCE South 88 Deg. 30 Min. East a distance of 150 ft. to a stake for corner, said point being North 88 Deg. 30 Min. West a distance of 383. 1 ft. from the Northeast corner of said Greb tract of land; THENCE South a distance of 279 ft. to a stake for corner in the South Boundary Line of said tract of land; THENCE North 88 Deg. 30 Min. West a distance of 150 ft, to a stake for corner, said point being South 88 Deg. 30 Min. Eqst a distance of 57 ft. from an ell corner of said Greb tract of land; THENCE North a distance of 279 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 0. 96 acres of land. Being described in accordance with an actual survey made on the ground by W. R. Abbott, Registered Public Surveyor of Texas, No. 1443, on September 26, 1977.
