ORDINANCE NOo 2366 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI'I'Y OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CON- TROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EX- CEED $200. 00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS Or ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREVVITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY l, 1978. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA R IS: Section l. That the Tra ffic -Control Device Map adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended as follows: (a) By replacing the existing stop sign with a yield sign controlling South bound right-turn traffic off of East Collegiate Drive onto Clarksville Street. (b) By placing traffic-control signal lights at East Collegiate Drive's intersection with Clarksville Street controlling traffic from all directions. Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on January l, 1978.
