3, That the City Council has caused the Director of <br />Public Works to prepare and file estimates of the <br />costs of such improvements and estimates of the <br />amounts per front foot to be assessed against the <br />property abutting said street within the limits de - <br />fined and the real and true owners thereof. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the date for public hearing before the City <br />Council of the abutting property owners on the above described <br />property is hereby fixed at a:00 o'clock <br />day of tFebruary,o1978 <br />Room, City Hall, Parts, Te , on <br />Z'hat the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish in the Paris News, <br />notice of the public hearing, three (3) times prior to said public <br />hearing, the first of said notices to be published at least twenty-one <br />(21) days prior to the date of the public hearing, as required by law. <br />Section 2. That the report to the City Council by the Director <br />of Public Works, consisting of the final estimate of costs of the im- <br />provements to the abutting property owners of approximately $4. 31 <br />per front foot for paving and a onalXCOStselt exte d pdr eways oand or <br />curb and gutter, plus any additi ert <br />other improvements to individual property as requested by prop Y <br />owners, as heretofore approved, and the final construction plans and <br />final estimate, as prepared by said Director of Public Works, are in <br />all things approved by the Cit_y Council of the City of Paris. That the <br />City of Paris is to pay one-third of the costs of paving and all <br />drainage costs, in the amount of $2, 348. 92, and the abutting property <br />owners are to pay the remaining costs of $4, 929. 66. <br />Section 3.
